Earlier this year we updated our system to include photos on violation letters in hopes that it would clear up any potential for confusion. Did it work? After months of tracking violations and documenting owner calls I'm pleased to say that we are seeing a real change in conversation that we are having. While our call volume has been nearly the same, homeowners are calling to inform us of their plans to fix the issue instead of requesting more information on the violation. We are also seeing more responsibility on homeowners enforcing violations with their tenants. With the inclusion of the pictures on HOA violation letters, we improved our ability to track open violations. With these enhancements we have seen faster resolutions to infractions and an overall better experience for homeowners. We're glad to share that photos really work!
