Owners can now manage all aspects of their home through our owner portal and mobile app. Everything from paying dues and maintenance requests, to responding to a violation and submitting an ARC request. Your owners have more information and better communication. In addition, they can track everything online or on our mobile app.
Our system also operates in real-time allowing for up-to-date information. We also offer reporting capabilities to Board members. From community financials to detailed owner notes, you will have the information to make the best decisions for your community.

We also provide live updates to maintenance requests and work orders. In addition, Board members have access to all reports so that they can keep their finger on the pulse of the community.
Finances & Collections
When it comes to finances, we have a proven track record of success. We have made collection of dues our strongest emphasis since it is vital to the association. Our dedicated accounting staff ensures that your association collects the money it deserves and will work with owners to bring their account current.
Through top-of-mind communication, we make every effort to keep homeowners current. If necessary we will pursue collection efforts through a series of notices, payment plans, lien filing, and legal action.
We also provide our board members with easy to read financial reports to track the progress of your community.
Violation Inspections
We understand that curb appeal leads to increased property values. So, when it comes to enforcing your covenants, codes, and restrictions, we have you covered. Our management team will routinely inspect your community for violations and notify homeowners in a respectful way by email and mail. Owners may track their violation and even let us know when they are corrected.
Each violation is documented with photographs and tracked by our leading violation software. We will update the status of infractions in real-time and send a letter and email with pictures to homeowners so they can quickly address the issue.
Legal
We have a variety of partnerships with law firms throughout North and South Carolina to meet your HOA's need. Our partner law offices have access to our account system which enables streamlined collection efforts (such as lien filing and foreclosures) and allows for seamless information sharing.
In addition to assisting with legal matters, many of our partner law firms offer seminars and learning sessions for Board members.
